Framing

Finish-Out
Everything in Framing, plus our back-office team managing scopes, bids, budgets, and sub/vendor compliance. Includes a $750 one-time onboarding fee.

- Up to 15 payables transactions/month ($20/invoice after)

Add-on: 1:1 hourly consulting: Available on Framing or Finish-Out for project-specific questions beyond the mastermind calls — $200/hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
How Finish-Out payables work
We prepare it, you and your bank release it. Co-nstructive verifies every invoice against contract and budget, confirms the lien waiver is collected, and packages it for approval — your construction funds always stay between you and your lender. We never hold or move your money.
Already purchased Foundation? Your $2,000 counts as a credit.
- Foundation → Framing: your $2,000 covers your first 2 months at $1,000/mo — billing starts fresh in month 3. The 6-month minimum counts from your upgrade date.
- Foundation → Finish-Out: your $2,000 covers your first month at $2,000/mo. The $750 onboarding fee still applies — that's new work, not covered by your original payment.
- The credit doesn't expire.

Is this legal in my state?
Owner-builder rules vary by state and county — most allow homeowners to act as their own GC on their primary residence, with some requiring an owner-builder affidavit or exemption filing. Am I the GC of record, or are you?
You are. Co-nstructive provides education, coaching, templates, and administrative support — we are not the contractor of record, do not hold a license on your behalf, and do not assume contractual liability for your build. [Attorney-reviewed disclaimer required before publishing.]
What if I get stuck mid-project?
That's what the mastermind calls and hourly consulting are for. You're never more than a few days from a live answer, and never facing a decision with no one to call.
How much can I realistically save?
